Above is the first public performance/reading of my writing, May 2016. It took place at the Riverside Theater in Minneapolis. You need only listen to the first 30 seconds. Its about five minute performance.

Above is an evaluation done by NAMI MN. I engaged participants by complementing the psychologist’s presentation with a personal narrative about growing up in the shadow of mental illness. It was a breakout session for the state conference in 2025.
